Welcome to the eleventh Annual Conference. The 2012 Conference will be our 11th . Please check back occasionally to get the latest. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of posted information. The current program is in Adobe Acrobat format.
Most presentations will be recorded and available on DVDs after the Conference. The DVDs may be ordered on the Registration Form. This means that you won’t miss anything. We have DVDs of the 2009, 2010, and 2011 Conferences which can also be ordered.
